Golden Juicery is an organic cafe in Jupiter and Tequesta, Florida, serving smoothies, cold-pressed juices, acai bowls, coffee, salads, toasts, and breakfast. Founded by Ethan Jaudas, we use organic, fresh, high-quality ingredients to promote wellness and vitality. We proudly serve grass-fed beef, heritage pork, Florida free-range organic eggs, and organic fruits and vegetables.

## Juice Cleanse Programs
Cleanse programs require 48-hour advance notice. All cleanses include cold-pressed juices and smoothies.
- Stage 1 (Beginner / 3-Day): One light plant-based salad or soup allowed per day at midday
- Stage 2 (5-Day): Beverages only for best results
- Stage 3 (Advanced): Beverages only, extended duration
Guidelines: Drink water freely. Consume a juice or smoothie every 2-3 hours when hungry. Last beverage at least 3 hours before bed. Herbal tea and water allowed near bedtime. Break the fast with one fruit at a time on the first day post-cleanse. Minimum 3 days recommended; 7+ days recommended for those over 30.
