Thanks for shopping with Golden Juicery. Because most of what we sell is fresh, perishable, or hand-made to order, our return and refund policy reflects that. Please read the sections below carefully before placing your order.
Apparel & Merchandise
All sales are final on apparel and merchandise. Hats, t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, and other branded merch are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchange. Please double-check size, color, and quantity before checking out.
Juices, Juice Cleanses, Smoothies, Bowls, Food & Wellness Items
All juice, juice cleanses, smoothie, acai bowl, food, coffee, tea, and wellness shot purchases are perishable goods and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once your order has been picked up or delivered.
All Food Items
No food item is returnable. This includes — but is not limited to — every item on our menu, plus all in-store grab-and-go items, pastries, snacks, protein balls, energy bites, and packaged retail food. If it's something you eat or drink, it's a final sale.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please email us at info@goldenjuicery.com within 48 hours of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right — typically by replacing the item or issuing store credit.
Order Cancellations
Same-day pickup or delivery orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. For cleanse packages and other scheduled orders, please contact us as far in advance as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
