Shipping policy

Most of what we sell is fresh and perishable, so a few of these rules look different from a typical retail shop. Please read through before checking out.
Pickup Orders (Juices, Smoothies, Cleanses, Food)
All juice, smoothie, food, and cleanse orders are pickup only at our Jupiter or Tequesta location. Cleanse orders require 48 hours advance notice so we can press your bottles fresh the morning of your pickup.
Apparel & Merchandise Shipping
Apparel, hats, accessories, and other non-perishable merch ship via USPS or UPS within 2 business days of your order being placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The exact cost is shown before you complete payment.
Delivery Times
Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order ships, depending on your location. We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been handed off.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. If you're outside the US and want to order Golden Juicery merch, please email us at info@goldenjuicery.com and we'll see what we can work out case-by-case.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your shipment arrives damaged or never arrives at all, email info@goldenjuicery.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We'll work with the carrier and make it right.
Returns
Apparel and merchandise are final sale — see our Refund Policy for details. Please double-check size and color before ordering. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
